CAMERA RECORDING INFORMATION NOTICE

This information notice has been prepared regarding the personal data processed within thescope of surveillance activities conducted by security cameras at the accommodation facilitiesoperating under “Tarşa Hotel Management and Tourism Trade Inc.”. The cameramonitoring activities carried out at the facilities of the company and its branches listed below(hereinafter collectively referred to as “Arcanus Hotels Trendline Side”) as the data controller are conducted in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK Law”) and related secondary legislation.

These camera monitoring activities are implemented in common areas of the hotel and carriedout in accordance with the Arcanus Hotels Trendline Side Personal Data ProtectionPolicy.

1. Data Related to Physical Security (Camera Footage)

Warning signs are placed in areas under camera surveillance in a way that can be seen byrelevant individuals. This information notice is also made accessible to the relevantindividuals via the reception, common areas, and/or information boards.

2. Method of Collection and Legal Basis of Your Personal Data

Your camera footage is automatically collected through CCTV systems located in commonareas of the facility (e.g., building entrances and exits, lobby, parking lot, corridors).

Your personal data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, pursuant to Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK Law No. 6698.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing Your Personal Data

a) Purposes:

• Ensuring physical security of the premises

• Ensuring the safety of the facility and guests

• Being used as evidence in possible legal proceedings if necessary

b) Legal Basis:
Your personal data is processed under Article 5(2)(f) of the Law on the Protection of PersonalData No. 6698, based on the “legitimate interests of the data controller without harming thefundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.”

4. Transfer of Personal Data – Retention Period

Your camera recordings may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations(e.g., law enforcement agencies, courts) within or outside Turkey, in accordance with Articles8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations. No transfer is made toany third party or institution outside of this scope.

Retention Period: Camera recordings are retained for a maximum of 30 (thirty) days in accordance with the Data Inventory and Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policyof Tarşa Otel İşletmeciliği Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. After this period, recordings areautomatically overwritten, deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
